We have a thriving volunteer program. With our over 700 volunteers,
we maintain a high level of activity and energy in our wide-ranging
programs.
Founded in 1916, we were completely volunteer-run for our
first 63 years. Today we have approximately 60 volunteers
for every one staff member. Volunteers continue to be the
heart of Seattle Audubon, its strength and richness. You would

The Seattle Audubon Society is happy to entertain applications for interns
for our highly successful year-round internship program. The application
includes the Volunteer Registration/Survey and the Internship Application
Forms and we welcome your resume. Applicants must have excellent academic
preparation and a proven ability to design and follow through on projects.
