Seattle Audubon is happy to accept applications for interns for our highly respected and successful internship program. Applicants must have excellent academic preparation and proven ability to design and follow through on projects of substance and responsibility. We will use the following guidelines in deciding whether to accept interns:

Generally, the minimum length for an internship is one college quarter. An exception to this is the outdoor internship position for our Summer Nature Day Camp (late June through late August). The hours required are approximately 150, depending on the particular program.

Internships are unpaid, voluntary positions, and interns are responsible for their own housing. We are happy to certify time spent for credit toward college work experience, etc.
