About Our Program  

At the heart of Seattle Audubon's Conservation Program is the Conservation Committee, three staff members and approximately 15 dedicated volunteers. This committee is the locus for planning, evaluation, and action on conservation issues within the organization. In a nutshell, the Conservation Committee evaluates and makes policy recommendations to the Seattle Audubon Board of Directors on conservation issues, and takes action on behalf of wildlife and habitat.
