The Seattle Audubon Board of Directors is proposing changes to our current Bylaws to improve the operation of our organization.  Those proposed revisions will now be presented for consideration and a vote at the Seattle Audubon membership meeting on Thursday, April 19 at 6:30pm at the downtown REI (222 Yale Ave. N., Seattle, WA 98109). The proposal includes:

• changes to the minimum and maximum number of Board members,
• terms of service for Board members and Officers, and
• a restructuring of Board committees.
