The Puget Loop, the 7th and final map of the Great Washington State Birding Trail, features 220 of our 346 annually recorded bird species. This signature route leads to exquisite parks, meadows and mountain tops, plus lakes, rivers, estuaries, intricate bays, and channels. Travel by car, bus or ferry, or bike or paddle to the Sound’s best birding sites from Mt. Rainier to the San Juans.
